Origami offers an extensive continuum of care with the resources available to return people to productive and active lives. Our team of medical professionals specializes in brain injury and uses a unique interdisciplinary approach anchored by a single conceptual model we call the Hierarchy of Cognitive Functions. Using this model we are able to guide you on a path of effective treatments and care programs.
Residential Program
For those who have sustained significant injuries resulting in the need for support and supervision in a residential setting we offer this care program. Typically, the client is able to participate in a minimum of three hours of therapy per day. Read more…
Community-Based Program
Promoting community participation, this program helps clients return to living in our community. In conjunction with their team of therapists, clients may be living in a community setting (like an apartment) while receiving daily or weekly support from our team of rehabilitation aides. Read more…
Outpatient Program
For individuals nearing completion of their rehabilitation or requiring only modest levels of treatment needs, the Outpatient Program provides a range of services from a full day of comprehensive treatment to single-service therapy to support continued recovery and independence. Read more…
