Cassie Le'ger —
Yoga Instructor
I have been working closely with TBI survivors since early 2005. My time spent at Origami has further bolstered a long-standing curiosity to better understand the mind body connection. Yoga is truly an intense study of this connection. Practicing yoga, in brief, brings flexibility and openness to the body and then eventually the mind follows suit. I have enjoyed further training in adapting yoga for disabilities which can be enfolded in to my practice at Origami. The adaptability has allowed me to provide yoga instruction to both Origami clients and Origami employees. I am a bit of a foodie with a weakness for the perfect cup of coffee. Other passions include psychology, folk music, and everything west of Nebraska.
