Noelle Greeley —
Hi, I’m Noelle, my career in healthcare began in February of 2016 and in July of 2016, I found my fit at Origami where I began as the Receptionist. Like many others, I felt like part of the family as soon as I was hired and that feeling remains true today. The opportunity to see everybody work together for the clients and their families is truly an amazing sight to see. I have been married to my husband, Dave, since July of 2014. I feel fortunate to have found myself at an organization where I can say “I love my job and everyone involved here at Origami!”

Hello! I received my Bachelor`s of Science in Psychology in 2009 from Grand Valley State University. Assisting individuals and families facing critical, often unforeseen, challenges and life events has led me down a remarkably rewarding career path full of continued educational moments and experiences. Prior to working at Origami, I spent five years in Grand Rapids employed primarily as a foster care case manager in child welfare. I began my journey with Origami in 2013 as a Patient Care Technician for the residential clients and feel honored to continue working with the amazing residents and their loved ones alongside Origami’s interdisciplinary team in the role of Care Coordinator.

I am excited to be part of the Origami team, serving as a Care Coordinator. My background includes over twenty three years of nursing experience from a wide range of perspectives including home care, assisted living and long term care with a strong background in dementia care, case management, program management and quality indicators. As part of my external case management experience I have observed firsthand the importance of receiving early identification and treatment for those who have experienced traumatic brain injuries and the difference that the quality programs at Origami have made in the lives of several clients that I was able to work with. In addition to my nursing degree I also have an associate’s degree in management and organizational development from Spring Arbor University. This background has helped me to view each person as a unique individual and the importance of multidisciplinary teamwork to help support client success.
Special Training/Certifications:Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCM) , Adult CPR/First Aid/AED Certified

Hello, I am Thomas Woodruff, and I’m proud to serve as a Care Coordinator at Origami. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spring Arbor University. My passion is in building relationships and working with people that need a helping hand. Prior to my employment at Origami, I worked in the field of juvenile justice, which further solidified my desire to work with people and assist them in achieving their full potential. I consider it both a pleasure and a privilege to assist Origami clients in receiving the best possible treatment.
