My name is Amanda DeForke and I am a proud member of the Care Coordination team. I graduated in 2012 from Northern Michigan University. My journey into the healthcare field began in 2014 when I was employed at a clinic working with people who had brain and/or spinal cord injury. I also have experience working with substance abuse challenged by numerous other diagnoses. I chose Origami as my home away from home because of the exceptional client care, staff comradery, and true passion of every employee to help bring a brighter tomorrow for each client we serve.

Hello, I am Thomas Woodruff, and I’m proud to serve as a Care Coordinator at Origami. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spring Arbor University. My passion is in building relationships and working with people that need a helping hand. Prior to my employment at Origami, I worked in the field of juvenile justice, which further solidified my desire to work with people and assist them in achieving their full potential. I consider it both a pleasure and a privilege to assist Origami clients in receiving the best possible treatment.
I am excited to be part of the Origami team, serving as a Care Coordinator. My background includes over twenty three years of nursing experience from a wide range of perspectives including home care, assisted living and long term care with a strong background in dementia care, case management, program management and quality indicators.
Hello! I received my Bachelor`s of Science in Psychology in 2009 from Grand Valley State University. Assisting individuals and families facing critical, often unforeseen, challenges and life events has led me down a remarkably rewarding career path full of continued educational moments and experiences. Prior to working at Origami, I spent five years in Grand Rapids employed primarily as a foster care case manager in child welfare.
Hi, I’m Noelle, my career in healthcare began in February of 2016 and in July of 2016, I found my fit at Origami where I began as the Receptionist. Like many others, I felt like part of the family as soon as I was hired and that feeling remains true today. The opportunity to see everybody work together for the clients and their families is truly an amazing sight to see. I have been married to my husband, Dave, since July of 2014. I feel fortunate to have found myself at an organization where I can say “I love my job and everyone involved here at Origami!”
