Located on McLaren Hospital’s legacy campus within the Child and Family Charities nonprofit hub, Origami Greenlawn offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy, plus mental health services for children and adults. It is accessible via CATA bus routes and accepts a variety of funding sources, including Medicaid. Now accepting new clients!

Origami Rehabilitation (East), formerly Strength Training and Recovery Corporation (STAR Rehab), offers physical, occupational, speech, and mental health therapies. This acquisition expands Origami's ability to provide innovative care and deliver exceptional outcomes for more individuals.
