At Origami, recovery happens in a place that feels like home. Our Residential Program provides personalized care in a licensed, supportive environment set on a peaceful 35-acre campus where individuals can heal, rebuild independence, and rediscover joy in everyday life.
 
With Neuro-Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, and Semi-Independent Living options, we meet individuals wherever they are in their journey — offering respite care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term support. Through therapeutic recreation, community outings, and meaningful relationships, clients experience the connection, purpose, and progress that make the Origami difference.

Who We Serve

Origami specializes in neurological rehabilitation. Diagnoses may include but are not limited to, cerebral palsy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, neurological deficits stemming from aneurysm, seizure, and/or tumor, neuromuscular disease, Parkinson's Disease, post-concussion syndrome, spinal cord injury, stroke, or traumatic brain injury.

Short-Term Rehabilitation

Through focused, intensive therapy and goal-driven care, short-term rehabilitation helps clients achieve meaningful progress and prepares them for a safe discharge, laying the groundwork for long-term success and independence.

Long-Term Support

Clients with long term support needs will have a program that emphasizes necessary care to maintain the individual’s maximum functioning level, quality of life, participation in productive activities, and community access with close collaboration of support systems.

Recreational Therapy

Recreational therapy is where healing meets joy. Through creative activities, community outings, and engaging experiences, clients participate in active therapy that builds independence, fosters connection, and enhances quality of life in ways that feel natural, motivating, and meaningful.

Margarito's Story

Margarito’s and his families lives changes suddenly after a serious brain bleed, leaving him unable to walk, talk, and care for himself. After four major surgeries he recalls waking up at Origami, and every day after that he worked hard to make a miraculous recovery.

Josh's Story

After a devastating spinal cord injury, Josh worried about how he would care for his family and if he would ever walk again. With Josh’s determination, strength, and custom therapies, Josh has defied the odds and made great strides in his recovery journey.
