The Residential Program focuses on maximizing independence in daily activity, enhanced quality of life, productivity, and community inclusion. This program is offered for respite, short term rehab, and long term support needs within the setting of a licensed adult foster care home. Within this program, there are three tracks: Neuro-Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, and Semi-Independent Living.
Short term rehabilitation focuses on creating the least restrictive discharge plan, participation in intensive therapy services, and significant short term progress in recovery.
Clients with long term support needs will have a program that emphasizes necessary care to maintain the individual’s maximum functioning level, quality of life, participation in productive activities, and community access with close collaboration of support systems.
