She began her journey at Origami as a physical therapy intern before joining the team full-time as a physical therapist. In 2018, she transitioned into the role of Clinical Supervisor, where she continued to support clinical excellence and her team's growth. With Arika’s dedication and history of steadfast leadership, she stepped into the role of Clinical Manager in 2026.
