Jennifer Muckey, BS, CBIS

Jenn is an experienced non-profit leader with over 20 years of operational expertise. She has a proven track record as a change-maker who drives operational excellence, cultivates innovation, and optimizes efficiency. She is a dedicated advocate and forever a student of diversity, equity, and inclusion; she is committed to fostering an inclusive company culture. Jenn is passionate about personal and professional growth and empowers others to reach their potential through strengths recognition. 

Jenn began her career with Origami in 2001 as a Direct Care Team Member while attending Grand Valley State University. She progressed into the role of Admissions Team Member, then to the role of Business Office Manager, and ultimately to her current role as a Director of Operations.

As Origami's Director of Operations, Jenn oversees various aspects of business operations, including budget forecasting, finance, revenue cycle management, contract negotiations, information systems, quality assurance, risk management, and facilities management.
