Jenn is a healthcare operations executive with more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, specializing in operational strategy, financial oversight, and revenue cycle management. She focuses on improving efficiency, optimizing reimbursement, and navigating complex regulatory environments, and has led initiatives in quality improvement, program development, and cross-functional alignment to advance high-quality care and organizational sustainability.

Serving as Director of Operations, Jenn oversees key business functions including budget forecasting, finance, revenue cycle management, contract negotiations, information systems, quality assurance, risk management, and facilities management.

Jenn is known for her values-driven leadership, grounded in integrity, empathy, honesty, and discipline. She fosters collaborative environments where individuals feel valued and empowered, and her commitment to transparency and accountability supports strong governance and informed decision-making.

She is passionate about mentorship and team development, using a strengths-based approach to support growth and build future leaders.

Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University and is committed to ongoing professional development.
