Natasha Huffine, MS, OTRL, CBIS
Natasha joined Origami as an occupational therapy intern in 2007. She was hired as a full time Occupational Therapist after this clinical rotation and in 2018 became the Clinical Manager. As an Occupational Therapist she specialized in vision therapy, cognitive perceptual motor retraining, and divers rehabilitation. Natasha has presented on topics of vision therapy and drivers rehabilitation through webinars, university lectures, and as local/ statewide conferences. She is also a published textbook and research author in the area of visual perception. Natasha takes pride in supporting her talented and passionate team to improve the quality of life for individuals with neurological diagnoses every day.
Natasha is a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in Medical Rehabilitation and is a panelist for the project to develop guidelines for the rehabilitation and chronic disease management of adults with moderate to severe traumatic brain injuries through the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA). Her current certifications include Adult CPR/First Aid/AED Certified, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Crisis Prevention (CPI), Brain Gym Training, Padula Institute of Vision: Neuro-Visual Processing Certified.
